For people who like the shape of the linen camp shirt and not the creasing. The cotton is a plain weave at 140 gsm: cool, opaque and smooth, with far less texture than linen. It drapes closer to the body, so it reads a little neater, and it comes out of a tumble dryer nearly flat.
Cotton this smooth shows sweat marks more readily than linen does, particularly in the darker olive. Stone and chalk are the ones to choose for the hottest days.
