Last updated 25 October 2026. These apply to every order placed with Sunloom Living S.L..
Sunloom Living S.L., a limited company (sociedad limitada) established in Spain, trading as Sunloom Living. Contact: hello@sunloomliving.com.
All prices are in euros and include Spanish VAT at the rate that applies to clothing. Shipping is charged separately and shown before you confirm the order; the rates are on the shipping page. Deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are priced without import duty or local VAT, which the carrier collects from you.
Where a piece is shown at a reduced price next to a higher one, the higher figure is the lowest price we ourselves charged for that piece during the 30 days before the reduction, as Spanish and EU price-indication rules require. We do not raise a price in order to show it crossed out, we do not run timed offers, and no reduction on this site exceeds 18%.
One code per order, applied in the basket before shipping is added. FIRSTLOOM10 gives 10% off a first order. LOOM15 gives 15% off an order whose goods total €150,00 or more; if the basket drops below that figure the code stops applying. Codes have no expiry date unless we say otherwise on the page where they are published, and they cannot be exchanged for money.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and the contract is formed, when we send the dispatch confirmation. Before then we may decline an order — because a size has sold out or a price was listed in error, for example — and refund anything already paid.
Cloth is dyed in batches, and a piece bought later may differ slightly in shade from one bought earlier or from the photographs. Linen creases; dark linen can transfer surface dye onto pale cloth in its first wears; a linen-cotton blend pills lightly at the cuffs for a few washes; paper straw is damaged by water. These are properties of the materials, described on each product page, and are not defects.
Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We never receive or store full card numbers.
Delivery times are estimates in working days. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to someone you have authorised. If a parcel goes missing, tell us and we will pursue the carrier and either resend or refund.
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. We extend that to 30 days. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and have the size tab attached; hats must be returned in their box, uncrushed. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item was faulty or not what you ordered. We refund within 14 days of the goods reaching us, to the original payment method.
Under Spanish law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 as amended) you have a three-year right to goods that conform to the contract. Separately and in addition, for 3 years from delivery we repair at our cost, including postage both ways, any seam that opens and any button that comes off or breaks, and where a repair is not possible we replace or refund. The promise does not cover creasing, fading, pilling on blended cloth, snags, holes and thinning from wear, shrinkage from washing above the stated temperature, or water or crush damage to straw. Full details are on the shipping and returns page. Neither the guarantee nor the promise limits your statutory rights.
The text, photographs, patterns and product names on this site belong to us. Every piece is made to our own patterns and specifications under our own name. We do not make, sell or imitate other companies’ designs or trade marks, and nothing here is offered as a version, a copy or an equivalent of another brand’s product.
We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded under Spanish law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Write to hello@sunloomliving.com. We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 14. If we cannot agree, you may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform or the Spanish consumer arbitration system (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo) through your regional consumer office. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request.
Spanish law governs these terms and the Spanish courts have jurisdiction. This does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
