Free from €100,00, €5,50 below it. 30 days to send back anything unworn. Seams and buttons repaired for 3 years.
Every parcel leaves Valencia. An order placed before 13:00 Spanish time on a working day goes out the same afternoon; anything later leaves the next morning. We do not ship at weekends or on Spanish public holidays, and August has two of them.
The tracking email goes out when the label is printed, which can be a few hours before the parcel is first scanned. A link that shows nothing for an evening is normal.

Prices on the site include VAT for EU addresses. For the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway they do not include import duty or local VAT, which the carrier collects from you before delivery. We cannot pay those for you and we would rather you knew before ordering. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are outside the EU VAT area and are served on request by email.
Straw hats travel in a rigid box with tissue in the crown, which is why a hat on its own ships for the same flat rate as a parcel of clothes. The packable hat and the linen bucket hat go in a padded mailer, rolled, and arrive needing a shake.
A card box or a paper mailer, paper tape, no plastic. Garments are folded with a strip of tissue, not bagged. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before you open it fully and send the picture with your order reference.
You have 30 days from delivery to send back anything you do not want, for any reason. That is longer than the 14 days EU law gives you.
The piece needs to be unworn, unwashed and with the size tab still attached. Trying it on at home is fine. A hat needs to come back in its box with the tissue in the crown, and uncrushed.
There is no separate exchange process because it would be slower than the alternative: return the first, order the second. If the size you want has sold out in between, say so and we will put one aside.
Seams and buttons are the two things that fail from making rather than wearing, and they are the two things we promise. For 3 years from delivery, a seam that opens or a button that comes off or breaks is sewn back at our cost, with the postage both ways on us. Where a repair is not possible we replace the piece or, if it is no longer made, refund it.
Covered: seams, hems, button attachment, buttonholes, belt loops, drawstring channels, the stitched brim of the linen bucket hat.
Not covered: creasing, fading from sun or washing, pilling on the blend, snags, holes and thinning from wear, shrinkage from washing above the stated temperature, and a straw hat that has been wet, crushed or sat on. Those are the material doing what the product page said it would.
We do not ask for proof of purchase. Tell us roughly when you bought it and what happened, with a photograph, at hello@sunloomliving.com.
If something arrives with a fault or damaged in transit, we pay the postage both ways and replace it. A photograph is usually enough and we will say if it is not.
Nothing on this page reduces your rights under EU or Spanish consumer law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the three-year legal guarantee of conformity that applies to goods bought in Spain. Our 30 days and our repair promise are in addition to those, not instead of them.
