Warmer and more structured than the linen overshirt. A dense cotton twill brushed on the inside, two flapped chest pockets, a shirt collar and a straight hem with side vents. Cut a little trimmer through the body than the linen one, as it is more a jacket than a shirt.
Brushed twill picks up lint and pet hair, and the ecru colour marks. It is a 40 °C wash rather than a 30 °C one for that reason, and it will shrink about 2% in length on the first wash, which we have cut for.
